FMFD units were alerted to the 12-02 box for a reported appliance fire. Responding units were advised of a stove and microwave fire. Chief 12 and A/C 12 arrived simultaneously to find a 2-story house with light smoke showing from the Alpha side. A/C 12 assumed command and Chief 12 was given interior operations. Engine 12-2(w/3) arrived and laid 1200’ of 5” LDH. A cross lay was stretched to the front door and crews investigated the interior. No fire was found, only a smoke condition. Ventilation and overhaul were completed with the assistance from mutual aid units. Company 12 returned to service around 1900hrs.
